Life was meant to be enjoyed -to the full, till it overflows!
Imagine what it would feel like to have all your needs met. Imagine having nothing missing and absolutely nothing broken. Imagine the joy of being free from every sickness and disease…
That should be our reality because of the blessing of God.
Living beneath the blessing is living below our privileges
Many of us are not walking in the fullness of the blessing because we do not know what rightfully belongs to us.
What Is Included In The Blessing?
Healing is part of the blessing – Our healing was perfected thousands of years ago! When sickness comes, send it away.
“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” 1 Peter 2:24
Prosperity is a part of the blessing. Poverty and lack have no place!
“Who, then, are those who fear the LORD? He will instruct them in the ways they should choose. They will spend their days in prosperity, and their descendants will inherit the land.” Psalm 25:12-13
Peace is part of the blessing – irrespective of present circumstances
“Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7
Fruitfulness, surplus, joy, and so much more are part of the blessing!
As I learn about the blessing, the question on my mind is:
How Do I Get The Blessing?
The blessing of God is a gift! When you have Jesus, you have the blessing. When you love God, the blessing is on you. When you diligently obey God, the blessing is on you.
“Christ paid the price so that the blessing promised to Abraham would come to all the people of the world through Jesus Christ and we would receive the promised Spirit through faith.” Galatians 3:14
Jesus already paid the price, so it is a tragedy when we do not walk in the fullness of the blessing. All of our days should be days of heaven on earth.
We are not waiting to get to heaven to enjoy God – we can enjoy days of heaven on earth!
“And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus” Ephesians 2:6
Neither are we waiting for the kingdom of God to come – the kingdom of God is already here! It is within us. Jesus said:
“The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’, For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:20-21
The blessed life can be your reality. Refuse to settle for living less than the great life God intended for you.
Walk in the fullness of the blessing.
